We have transformed the reception area. Each terminal has dual monitors for ease. There is also a dedicated terminal for walk in patients and visitors.

We have also boosted our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. The Musters Facebook page has seen a 282% increase in view in the last 3 months! QR codes for these pages are located in reception.

We have tested opening the practice at 7am. This worked very well and is something we will continue to do with cervical screening clinics where possible.

We Did
We happy to offer patients a new way of booking a GP appointment. From 28th April 2025 patients or carers complete a simple online form (takes 4 mins on average to complete) and then they will receive an email offering an appointment or appropriate advice. If available they will have the choice of which GP they would like to see, and if they would like a face to face or telephone appointment.
