Non-urgent advice: Serving You

Our team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The website allows you to do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as book or cancel an appointment, order a repeat prescription or view a summary of your medical records on-line including blood test results.

Non-urgent advice: Access & Parking

Our surgery building called Embankment Primary Care Centre is shared with Castle Healthcare Practice. A ramp provides wheelchair access to the building and there is a patients’ toilet with full wheelchair user access. There is a lift to the under croft parking area. A number of disabled car parking spaces are available to blue badge users. There are also cycle racks for bicycles in the under croft area.

Non-urgent advice: Non-NHS Work

We am to complete requests for non-NHS work within 28 days. We may do it quicker, and sometimes may take longer.

We will send a text on completion of such work and payment by card is required on collection. Please do not phone to chase before 28 days.
