PARTNERSHEALTH EXTENDED GP EVENING AND WEEKEND OPENING HOURS

Please be advised that this service will be operational over the August Bank Holiday weekend. To book into this service, please contact your registered practice prior to these dates, or if you need to access an appointment on the day (and can travel to the service location), please ring 111 to be assessed, where you will be booked/re-directed to the service if it is determined that you need to see a GP face-to-face.

 

The service is available to Rushcliffe registered patients (and any temporary residents within Rushcliffe) and provides routine pre-bookable and same day appointments evenings, weekends and all bank holidays (excl. Christmas Day and New Year’s Day).

 

Please be advised that the Rushcliffe Primary Medical Extended Access service will be operational on the following days over the August Bank Holiday weekend:-

Saturday 24th August 2019

8.30am-12.30pm

Sunday 25th  August 2019

8.30am-12.30pm

Bank Holiday Monday 26th August 2019

8.30am-12.30pm

               

 For access to a GP outside of these times, please contact 111.

Did you know Rushcliffe patients you can access routine appointments in the evenings and weekends.

These appointments are best suited for things that will not need ongoing review by your usual practice.

You can book through the practice reception during opening hours for appointments between 6.30pm and 8pm in the evening on weekdays and between 8.30am and 12.30pm at weekends. If you request one of these appointments, which are outside of usual working hours you will be offered a slot with a Rushcliffe GP, Nurse or Healthcare Assistant at one of three locations across the borough. The location will depend on the day of your appointment.

The additional evening and weekend appointments are available at:

  • East Bridgford Medical Centre
  • Castle Healthcare Practice in West Bridgford 
  • Keyworth Medical Practice

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL EXTENDED HOURS APPOINTMENTS ARE PREBOOKABLE ONLY BY CONTACTING YOUR OWN PRACTICE
